All your purchases will be grouped into a single order with a variable overall shipping and packaging cost of between €6.90 and €12.90 for the entire national territory.

For orders that require customization, delivery may take 4 days to process from receipt of the order.

The shipment will be made via GLS courier with delivery from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national holidays, within 24/48 barring unforeseen circumstances (*).

N.B. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE REGULAR DELIVERY OF PACKAGES IN 24/48H DURING BLACK FRIDAY AND IN ANY OTHER EVENT WHICH PROVIDES FOR A SPECIAL DISCOUNT!

We remind you to provide us with a valid telephone number, so that the Courier can contact you if necessary.

If you choose advance payment, i.e. by bank transfer, the shipment will be made after receipt of payment.

Northern and Central Italy delivery in 1-2 working days following the order.

South and Islands (Calabria Sicily Sardinia) delivery within 48/72 hours from the day following the order, barring unforeseen circumstances.

For orders with bank transfer, shipments will be made upon arrival of the bank transfer itself.

No responsibility can be attributed to Nannfrufrù Srl in the event of a delay in processing the order or delivering what was ordered. Unless explicitly indicated by our Customer Service, delivery is at street level. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check: that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, including the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps). Any damage must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery. Once the courier document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered. Any problems relating to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, according to the methods set out in this document. In the event of failure to collect the material in stock at the courier's warehouses within 5 working days due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, the order will be automatically cancelled, with the Customer being charged for the return costs.
