Object of the contract.

The "online" contract, accepted on the website http://www.nannafrufru.it, is intended to be stipulated between Nannafrufru with registered office in Via Giusti 12 in Romano d'Ezzelino 36060 (VI), and a consumer, through a telematic sales system called e-commerce.
By consumer we mean, in relation to contracts for the sale of goods or the provision of services, the natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial or professional activity carried out.
With the term e-commerce we refer to all those activities and exchanges of information that revolve around economic transactions between individuals and organisations, including public administrations.
Below are the conditions of sale established by the supplier, Nannafrufru reserves the right to update or modify these conditions of sale at any time, in consideration of any regulatory changes and company strategies. In this case, the publication date on http://www.nannafrufru.it will prevail

Purchase methods.

The Customer can purchase the products present in the electronic catalog which can be viewed online at the address (URL) http://www.nannafrufru.it, as described in the relevant information sheets.
It is understood that the image accompanying the description of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ in color shades, also due to the technical differences in the monitors from which the object is viewed.

Nannafrufru does not provide any guarantee on the information published on the site and assumes no responsibility for damages resulting from the use of the same; in this regard, no guarantee or declaration is issued in relation to the accuracy of the information and we decline any responsibility for errors or omissions in the content.
The customer who sends the order via the Internet will receive a confirmation communication from the order at the end of the procedure; you will also receive a summary email indicating the relevant order number. The message presents all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and promptly communicate any corrections, according to the methods described in this document. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, Nannafrufru guarantees timely communication to the Customer.
It is also possible to order by telephone or email.
All prices entered on the site are VAT included.

Payment methods.

Bank transfer.

Payment by "bank transfer" must be received within 3 days of placing the order with currency on the same day on which the transfer is made. Any delays must be communicated to the email address info@nannafrufru.it. In the absence of reports from the customer, after seven days the order will be considered null and void.

The reason to be reported on the bank transfer must indicate:

Buyer's obligations.

The Customer undertakes and obliges, once the "online" purchase procedure has been completed, to print and keep these general conditions, which, moreover, he will have already viewed and accepted, as an obligatory step in the purchase, as well as the specifications of the product being purchased. The buyer is strictly prohibited from entering false, and/or invented, and/or imaginary data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of this contract and the related further communications; the personal data and the e-mail must be exclusively your real personal data and not those of third parties and/or fictitious. Nannafrufrù Srl reserves the right to legally prosecute any violation and abuse, in the interest and protection of consumers.

Processing of personal data.

The personal data requested when placing the order are collected and processed in order to satisfy the express requests of the Customer and will under no circumstances and for any reason be transferred to third parties. Nannafrufrù Srl guarantees its customers compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code referred to in Legislative Decree 196 of 06.30.03.
