Right of return

Consumers have the right to return their purchase without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the day of delivery of the goods.

To make a return, send an email to: info@nannafrufru.it informing us of your intention to return the goods. We will respond within 24/48 hours to assist you and arrange a day together to come and collect your package.

You can follow all further return conditions and instructions provided by Nannafrufrù srl.
Goods must be intact, unwashed and unused, with all labels intact. In case of damage or traces of use, we have the right to deduct any amount equal to the value of the damage from the refund.

In the return request, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs of the goods he wishes to return (Italy equal to €6.90) for other countries the cost and sending of the goods is the responsibility of the customers.

In the case of international returns, any import charges or administration (customs) fees that may be charged for the importation of returned goods, will be deducted from the return payment.
If the return instructions are followed carefully, Nannafrufrù srl will reimburse the consumer for the items returned within 7 days of receiving the returns.
